Error 0x80070005 when trying to move apps installed from Microsoft Store

Hi, I downloaded and installed Age of Empires: Definitive Edition. Naturally, it has taken too much space on my primary SSD drive where Windows resides. I'd like to move it to another partition.

When trying to move under Programs and Features, I first have to choose the destination partition (each of mine are correspondent to different hard drives). I get this message:

Unable to move Age of Empires: DE. Operation was not successful. Try again later. The error code is 0x80070005, case you need it.

I see other people getting the same error code but not related to apps being moved to another location; they got the error by just trying to install apps in the first place.

So I guess this is permission-related, but that's just a hunch. Can anybody help?

    :)

Error Code 0x80070005 is related to Windows updates. It occurs when the system or user lacks the required files or permissions to change settings at the time of Windows update.
    Solutions as below:
    Switch to Administrator Account
    Allow User Full Control
Check the Computer’s Date and Time Setting
    Configure Windows Update Settings
Use SubInACL Tool(Download SubInACL (SubInACL.exe) from Official Microsoft Download Center)
Gain Full Control over the Packages Folder
    Reset Windows 10 Store

After fixing the errors, I suggest that you should create a system image through MiniTool ShadowMaker for your Windows so that you can quickly restore the computer to a previous state in case of system issues.
