Windows 10: Error 0x80070005 Windows Update y Windows store

Desde que cambié permisos en algunas carpetas tengo estos errores y no puedo descargar en la tienda ni actualizar en actualización de Windows

Ya probé restableciendo la pc ( quitar todo)

Ya probé con el solucionador de windows y no encuentra errores

Creo que hay que utilizar la herramienta subinacl pero nosé como.
