Windows 10: Error 0x80070005

Please help!

I accidentally changed the permissions on my user account and locked myself out. Now I can't use most of my apps. I really need to start using my PowerPoint app, especially since I'm still paying for it. I've tried pretty much everything from the threads and nothing seems to work. I've tried:

A.

1. Download and install SubInACL from the Microsoft Download Center http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=23510

2. Open Notepad (Click Start, type Notepad, and then press Enter)

3. Copy and paste the following text into Notepad


B. I've tried creating a new admin user account


C. I posted a question in November about the same thing that has seemed to disappear.
