Windows 10: error 0x80070005

I am trying to install games onto my X: drive, which is a secondary hard drive, I just formatted it, so there is nothing on there, but whenever I try to install something to it, it just errors and gives me that error. I have tried just about everything I have found online. I had tried to install it when I first created the windows install, but it got interrupted by a restart of the os and now it wont install, or even try to install.
