Windows 10: Error 0X80070015 after reset failure

Hello... after repeated bugs, I tried to reset my pc with personal file backup, but during the restart, there was a brief power down and what shut down my computer. I turned it on again some time later, but it was a desktop without icons that appeared, and then an error 0X80070015 appeared
I don't know what to do... nothing answers, not even the Start icon! I don't want to lose my files, they are very important for my work! can you please help me?

Windows 10 automatic backup error 0x80070015

I've had the same problem as everyone else in this thread. I found this suggestion (proposed by Sachin Venkatesh, MS, back in 2015) worked for me:

Follow the steps to check if the backup service is started.

• Press Windows + R keys, type services.msc.
• search Volume Shadow Copy and double click on it.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic.
• Click on Start in Service status and check.

Mine was set to Manual... I changed it to Automatic and the backup immediately started running.

I can not change the language in Windows. This error affects this
