Windows 10: Error 0x80070020 trying to install another language pack

Hello,
I use my Windows 10 Pro 1903 in Italian, but when I try to install language pack with basic typing it always fails:




with error 0x80070002 or sometimes 0x80070020 (!). I've also set UAC mode to default (I usually set it to max level) to be sure but still fails. I'm connected through home wifi and trying to install German, French, Spanish etc. they all work fine. Only English (UK or USA) fail… *Confused

The language pack downloads, then tries to install, but fails with the error 0x80070020. I have retried several times, and I have also restarted the phone.

I understand that you are unable to download the English language pack.
I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to download the language pack.

• 
  Press Windows logo key + X key.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Double click on Language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Double Click on English language.
  
• 
  Click on options on right hand side of the English language pack.
  
• 
  Click on Download and install language pack.
