    Hi,

    I tried the the Windows Update Troubleshooter but everything is ok, no errors to solve.

    I tried to reset the windows update components but nothing change.

    No update and the same error:

    0x8007002C - 0x4001E

    The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during PRE_OOBE operation

    So I have the impression the problem isn't in the update components, otherwise it doesn't stop at 96% during the last stage...

    There is a log file where is possible to understand what's wrong? where is the problem?

    However can you explain which kind of error is the 0x8007002C - 0x4001E?

    And... what's the next step?

    Hi,

    I try to update my pc with november update...

    It fails all the times and the error is:

    0x8007002C - 0x4001E

    The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during PRE_OOBE operation

    I tried different solution suggest like clean boot, disconneted all usb device and so on but nothing works for me.

    How can I solve the problem?
