  1. Error: 0x80070057 Default Save Location

    Hello everyone!

I have recently used CCleaner to clean up my system, but it seems that a bit too much was changed.

I tried saving a snip using Snip & Sketch and I got the "something went wrong" error. I looked more into it and I realized that I cannot change the default save location for my documents, pictures, etc. since I kept seeing the 0x80070057 error from Windows settings.

I am running a Windows 10 Home Ed, latest updates are installed. Windows is running on an SSD which is trimmed regularly, but after the clean ups I saw a message telling that my drive needs attention and optimization, which was weird since it has never happened before.

I have tried Troubleshooter, WSReset.exe, and Check for Errors.

Any tips and solutions are much appreciated, thanks in advance.

    :)
