Windows 10: Error (0x80070424)

I keep getting error (0x80070424) when trying to check for updates or installing apps from the Microsoft Store. Furthermore, command prompt closes immediately after opening and still won't stay open in safe mode with command prompt. I've tried restarting various services, but nothing's happening. Any help would be appreciated.
