Windows 10: Error 0x80070424

Before having this error, I had some critical updates to do. After I updated windows, error 0x80070424 appeared. I tried all the solutions on YouTube but they didn't work. I tried troubleshoot. Later, I discovered that Windows Update disappeared from Services. Troubleshoot errors:

After starting all listed services, the windows update still gives me the same error (0x80070424). Downloading and executing the update gives me this error:
