Windows 10: Error 0x80070424

I re-installed windows on PC due to issues with the previous windows, so when I installed windows Windows 10 home x64 bit ver 20H2 precisely. Since then there are a lot of features I can not do like opening my email on my PC, downloading from Microsoft store updating on my pc it keeps showing me this error code 0x80070424. I have checked for solutions on youtube but when applied nothing good comes out of it. So can anyone help me?

I tried all steps given by you in forum .

I went to services and then run all steps mentioned only " windows update " option is not available in services.

Please suggest alternative or again guide me steps to resolving

After starting all listed services, the windows update still gives me the same error (0x80070424). Downloading and executing the update gives me this error:
