Windows 10: error 0x8007045D when installing windows 10

I was trying to do a clean install of windows 10 as i was having problems with my computer but after attempting to do so i got a message during the "preparing files for installation" stage that had error code 0x8007045D. i can no longer reach my desktop as it say i need a bootable device. i have spent 3 days scouring every corner of the internet for a solution and i have literally bled because of this error code.​

Error 0x8007045d indicates the installation media you are using is corrupt, it is not an error on your hard drive, you need to recreate the installation media . . .
