Windows 10: error 0x80070643 during the installation

When my system is trying to update, I get error code 0x80070643. I have Windows 10 и NET Framework installed

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.

A guess might suggest something related to .NET framework. Try repairing it using the repair tool mentioned here:

Note the revert button top right.

- do you mean restoring failed to complete, or that it completed successfully, and you still had the problem?

If the latter, the problem may be unrelated to this debloater script.
