Windows 10: error 0x80070643 in windows update

error 0x80070643 in windows update and have tried support and I ended up with the Windows Update Reset Tool. When I try to run it it tells me it must be run by the administration. I thought I was logged in as Administrator.. Please help!

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
