Windows 10: Error 0x80070643 on a brand new installation.

Hello guys, i just formatted my computer and performed a brand new installation of windows (making a new usb with the creation tool).
However right after installing manually installing gpu/cpu driver i started windows updated end ended up with error 0x80070643 while trying to install (Udpdate of the intelligence for the security foo Microsoft Defender Antivirus)

I made a new usb installation device and re-installed everything, but ended up with the same result, i tried a few of the common solution (sfc /scannow) and deleting a few key folder, but nothing changed.
Any help?

error 0x80070643 (update)

Hey

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.

A guess might suggest something related to .NET framework. Try repairing it using the repair tool mentioned here:

Note the revert button top right.

- do you mean restoring failed to complete, or that it completed successfully, and you still had the problem?

If the latter, the problem may be unrelated to this debloater script.
