    I have this problem too. Skype preview will not run nor will it update/reinstall.

    We'd like to inform you that we have an ongoing known issue with downloading and updating games through the Windows Store app, specifically for Gears of War 4 and possibly Forza Horizon 3.

    You may reset first your Windows Store, then reinstall your Forza Horizon 3. To reset, please follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key+R.
    • Type WSReset.exe, then hit Enter.
