    What is Error 0X80070780

I'm trying to copy quite a few files from one hard drive to another.... neither one is the C Drive .... their both internal secondary drives. I Keep randomly getting " Can't access the files due to Error 0x80070780 " I've tried researching it, and can't seem to get to the bottom of it. Tried checking it for errors via windows built in tool via the Properties. Can't figure out or if its possible to run SFC /Scannow on a disk that's not C Drive. Any suggestions on free software to run to check for any errors?

Error 0x80070780 while trying system restore trough Windows Live CD

HDTune scans finished, here are the results

Error 0x80070780 the file cannot be accessed by the system [IMG]

Error 0x80070780 the file cannot be accessed by the system [IMG]

Error 0x80070780 the file cannot be accessed by the system [IMG]

Error 0x80070780 the file cannot be accessed by the system [IMG]

    Both my drives seem OK

Now for sfc/scannow, what's the system reserved partition they are talking about in the link you posted ?
    I only have these :

Error 0x80070780 the file cannot be accessed by the system [IMG]

"Data C:" is just files not related to the system "Acer D:" is with all the system files The CD is kyhi's iSO and the "boot X:" I actually don't know but I think you do. What drives should I point to in the sfc /scannow command ?

EDIT : in diskpart, "list volume" command gives two hidden partitions "ESP" and "Recovery" (it does not mention the boot X: partition btw)

EDIT 2 : on the system disk (Acer D: 256GB) there are 3 partitions alongside the primary, which one is the system reserved ?

Error 0x80070780 the file cannot be accessed by the system

The file cannot be accessed by the system

    Quoted from www.experts-exchange.com/questions/28937891/Error-0x80070780

exe files don't show attributes. This is the point where kind of server admin is needed. I have very limited knowledge here

Edit: more and more I read about this, and alike problems, more I see mention of backup made (often under Windows server 2012) and deduplication service disabled. Almost like a common point.
