Windows 10: error 0x800710d2

I keep getting error 0x800710d2 when attempting to open jpeg files of pictures I have taken with my adroid. The photos appear as white on my phone, and no "preview" is available when connected to the computer. Are my pictures lost?

Hi Adrian,

The error code 0x800710d2 appears when the device failed to send any resource data. To immediately resolve the error, we suggest removing the PIN and then adding a new one. To do so, please follow the steps below:

• Log in to your computer using your password.
• Press Windows key + i to open Settings.
• Under Settings, select Accounts.
• Under Accounts, locate the PIN section and then click the
  Remove button.
• You will be asked "Are you sure you want to remove PIN?"
• Click Remove to confirm.
• Enter your account password, then click OK to successfully remove the
  PIN.

Note: Once you're done, please proceed in adding a new PIN.

Error: No work available to process

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.
