Windows 10: ERROR # 0x80071A91 SPEACH RECOGNITIOIN

THIS UPDATE HAS FAILED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 10 PRO ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Hello all,

Sorry if I am posting this thread in the wrong forum, but I have been trying to fix this problem for over a month now.

So, I have windows 10 installed on my desktop and for over a month now I am not able to install any updates in this PC, I always get the same error:
error 0x80071A91.

I have tried a lot of suggestions which I found through different forums and microsoft forums also, but with no luck..

Error 0x80071a91 when widows update and can't reset

I did all the steps but the error still persist

it became Error 0x80071a91 again and i can't reset or restore because I don't have restore point

Hey guys,

sorry for my bad englisch but i have a problem.

If i want to install any updates i get the error 0x80071a91.

If i want to "install" Net.Framework 3.5 i get the error 0x80071a91 and the message: "

Transaction support within the specified resource manager is not started or was shut down due to an error.

Error code: 0x80071A91"

I tried many solutions but no one works.

I hope you can help me because a few of my programms need Net.Framework 3.5.

This is my Pc:

Windows 10 Pro x64

Intel (R) Core i3-2310M

CPU 2.10GHz
