Windows 10: Error 0x80072EFE from windows store

I am unable to download apps from the windows store. Every app generates this error 0x80072EFE.


This is a domain joined computer and WSUS and SCCM are being used so updates are handled through them. There is a registry setting that allows you to download apps from the windows store but has no effect.


I have tried using the windows store troubleshooter and the windows update troubleshooter and both do or report anything useful.


Any help will be appreciated.

i just installed windows 10, after that outlook wasnt connecting to the internet anymore.

so i wanted to download the office apps on the store who do support winddows 10

i opened the store and i got this code : 0x80072efe

its not even showing me anything just this code

how can i fix it?

I suggest you to check whether the date and time and region setting are correct on the computer.

I would also suggest you to try running Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.
