Error 0x80073701 trying to run KB4598242

Have a Surface Pro which keeps giving an error at about 36% installation. Have been trying for a few weeks but keep getting this error. Have run Windows Troubleshooter and a sfcscan which did find some errors that it fixed not unusual. Have two other computers which installed this update with no problem. So why this one? They all have the same programs installed as I have to take my work with me on the road.

    :)

    - if ok, run
    chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command or Powershell prompt

Post the summary results of those.

If ok please run this MS tool and post summary results:
