Windows 10: Error: 0x80080008, Windows update

The ear-buds aren’t detected by my laptop when I plug them in the audio jack. I found that the problem is with Realtek. I tried to access to the Realtek audio manager, but couldn’t find it. Since that moment, when I’ve tried to shut down my laptop, I see the massage that the task host is open and I cannot shut it down. Then I found a failed windows update with an error code "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - MEDIA - 10/16/2018 12:00:00 AM - 6.0.1.8555 - Error 0x80080008".
