Windows 10: error 0x80090016

When booting computer, I get a message stating that I have a problem with my accounts in Shared Experiences. I am directed to Settings>Shared Experiences with the red notification that "Some of your accounts require attention"> I click on "Fix now" and a new window opens with "Something went wrong. Please try again later. Error 0x80090016. Send Feedback"

Alternately, while in Settings>Shared experiences, I can click "Manage your accounts". When I enter this option, I am sent to Settings>Email & accounts.". At this point, I am confused as to what to do. My Email account works perfectly as it is and, as far as i know, I have no other Email account but while on the web at certain sites, when I send an Email to the site for various reasons, Outlook opens and that is how I send the email to the company asking for whatever. Could this be a conflict between Outlook Email and my regular Email account? If so, what do i have to do the clear the conflict that generates the error?

Ibtry to type in my code and then says that something went wrong (0x80090016) i cant even get passed sign in page... Tryed f8 and f11 and nothing..

I have the same problem. This happend right after a Windows update.

Has Windows ruined my computer?

If so what do I do?
