    Error 0x800f0831 when installing Windows Update KB5004945


    Hello, over the past few days I have been trying to install the Windows Update, "2021-7 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems KB5004945". However, every time I have tried to install it, it gets stuck at 20% and then resets with the error code "0x800f0831". I found this solution, but when I go into the update log, it does not show any errors?

    Windows 10 Installation Error 0x800f0831

    I created a Windows 10 ISO and attempted to do a clean install. I got an error message, installation not completed, returned to earlier settings. In the System app, under Upgrades, under update history, got the Error message, 0x800f0831. Any ideas?
