Windows 10: Error: 0x80131500 and How to fix it...

If your like me and have Windows 10, you would have access to the Windows Store.


Sometimes issues may occur and I am here to show you how to fix them...


Error: 0x80131500


To fix this problem...


Run inetcpl.cpl (internet explorer settings)

In Advanced Tab

Tick Use TLS 1.2 (Make sure you also click apply, to not have this happen again.

You can try to power cycle your phone by turning it off for about 30 seconds, and turning it back on.

when I try to use store I t shows error 0x80131500 .

I tried any solution you suggested but not resolve the problem .

also McAfee doesn't support my pc here in Iran

how to fix 0x80131500 error on lumia 535?

My phone lumia 535 works well since i upgrade it to W10 but not until now. I suddenly can't open store. It stucks with 0x80131500 error code. How do i fix that?
