Windows 10: Error 0x80131500 - Try that again, Page could not be loaded. Please try again later....

Initially, I was trying to install a game I bought on the Microsoft Store. The game wouldn't even install, so I went through a myriad of support ideas from the various Microsoft support sites et al https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/micxrosoft-store-error-code-0x80131500/41d2d363-83ee-4b5d-ba43-615ca63bb1bf for example, and none of them worked for me.


So I decided to reformat my PC. I downloaded a Microsoft Media Creation Tool, reformatted my PC, and reinstalled Windows 10. I ran the initial updates it likes to run, and before I installed anything else, I tried launching the Microsoft Store. It gives me the ugly, non-descript pop-up, that says Try that again. Page could not be loaded. Please try again later. Below that it saysCode: 0x80131500 and below that it reads CV: TYGWcotGlEmFcHo1.


As far as troubleshooting this time around I have done pretty much everything:


1. Windows Key+R > Type services.msc and press Enter > Locate Background Intelligence transfer and ensure it is set to Start and Automatic. Also, do the same for Windows Update service as well

2. Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Click Windows Store Apps > Click Run the Troubleshooter

3. Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt
Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer

4. Re-register All Store apps You will get many Reds, ignore them
Windows Key+X > Windows Powershell Admin > Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Restart your computer

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}

5. Uninstall & Reinstall Store
Windows Key+X > Windows Powershell Admin > Copy the following from below and right-click in Powershell to paste > Enter

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* Remove-AppxPackage

Copy the following from below and right-click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Reboot your computer

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml”}

6. Run Built-in & Guided Walkthrough Windows Update troubleshooter
Built-in : Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Click Windows Update > Click Run the Troubleshooter

7. Check your Antivirus
Temporarily uninstall/disable AV -- I havent done this, because I havent gotten to install it.


I can't begin to say how unacceptable this is. I am never buying anything else from the Microsoft Store ever again...

Windows Scan Error Code: 0x80131500 Page could not be loaded. Please try again later

I tried to download Windows Scan but have not been able to as I receive error code 0x80131500 and Page could not be loaded. Please try again later.

I have examined the internet and tried may solutions but nothing has worked.

 

How do I fix the Microsoft Store "Page could not be loaded. Please try again later." error?

I am getting an annoying error which is preventing me from downloading any app on windows 10 Enterprise Build 14393.1884.

The exact error is:

"Try that again.Page could not be loaded. Please try again later."
Code: 0x80131500

What I've tried:

• Running the wsreset.exe to reset the windows store.
  
• Opening the powershell as admin and running Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
• Ran the application debugger to trouble shoot it, which didn't do anything noteworthy.
  
• Modified the DNS records to see if that helped. It did not.
  
• Went to Settings > Apps & Features > Store and did a "reset"
  
• Updated to the latest version of Windows 10.
  
• Changed my region settings and restarted the machine.
  
• Ran the windows update troubleshooter
  
• Restarting, after each step, and logging out/back in etc.
  

None of these things seem to have any effect on the store not responding.
