Windows 10: Error 0x80244018 while trying to update Windows 10

Trying to update Windows 10 version 1903 on my Dell Laptop Inspiron 3185 to Windows 10 version 1909. Everytime I try to update I get error 0x80244018.

ive been changing settings and some has resolved most of the Error 0x80244018 that made my Windows 10 Update stop, but the Error 0x80244018 keeps on popping up every time I wanted to update
