Windows 10: Error 0x80D02005 while updating Windows 10 v1511 to v1803

Encountered error 0x80D02005 when updating Windows 10 as below. Any advice to fix the issue?



Have tried the following steps but they all didn't work:

• Stop WindowsUpdate service and restart PC.
• TroubleShooting and fix.
• MediaCreationTool1803 to upgrade current system.

After trouble shooting it said an error has been fixed, but I still get the same error when trying to update again.
