    Hi Amber,

    For this issue, We suggest running the Windows Update Troubleshooter
    and Background Transfer Service Troubleshooter as a first step. Feel free to check out
    this link from another thread, and look for
    Freddrick Pal's answer for more information.

    Getting Error 0x80D05001 When Downloading From Windows 10 Store

    Hello,

    I have done everything suggested on this page, and also I am not using proxy server. But still I can't download the updates for the windows and neither any app from the windows store. I get this error 0x80d05001. I am using windows 10 Home Single Language.
    Please help me.

    Getting Error 0x80D05001 When Downloading From Windows 10 Store

    Since the Anniversary Update I have been getting the error 0x80D05001 when trying to download applications or updates. Is there anyway to fix this?

    I keep getting the same error. I ran the troubleshoot and it said all issues were fixed about the update database yet when I tried the same error...
