Windows 10: error 0X87e00013

Hello,
After research, this problem apparently appeared during the release of Gears 5.
Personally, I have this problem, this error message, but only for one game: The Outer World.
Indeed, currently, I am doing an update for the game Sea of Thieves and it downloads without problem.

For The Outer Worlds, I have to download 37.4GB. The basic disk where the game is installed has 47.8 GB of available space.
I can cancel the download and play the game. I think this 37.4GB download should be an update.
You should know that I have a very low speed, 1.2MB / s and that it is already long to download its video drivers, then a game of more than 30GB, I let you imagine.

In addition, since we cannot transfer games from one PC to another I have a portable PC with my parents, and I cannot, since they have fiber, download the game and copy it to my main PC, unlike other platforms like Steam, Origin, Uplay, where you can indicate the path where the game is that you want to be detected by the launcher.

Canceling the installation still gives me the opportunity to play.

I don't know if this error has been corrected since September 2019, but being in January 2020, personally, I still have this bug.

I hope you will have a solution other than having to uninstall the game entirely to do future updates.

Is there any solution to this? Every thread I've found while searching has gotten exactly zero support and just gets closed by mods. What is going on here?

I bought the game straight up from Microsoft Store. It has an update but it keeps getting this error - 0x87E00013

By the way, I see what you mean about no solution in locked threads.

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.
