Windows 10: Error 0xc0000022

Hi

My system is a Dell Inspiron 12gig Ram Windows 10. Everything works great on it. Only one small problem. Whenever I open a .pdf file I get the Error 0xc0000022. BUT, the file opens perfectly well and I am able to use Adobe Acrobat DC to annotate or do what ever with the file. Other than the annoying pop-up box occurring every time I open a .pdf file, and having to stop everything and acknowledge it, I can live with this. BUT when I was using Webex for a presentation, I was unable to open a .pdf file at all so I believe it's time to fix this matter permanently.


I have tried the Microsoft visual C++ Redistributable repair function that didn't work. I have tried the Microsoft visual C++ Redistributable uninstall and reinstall function and had no luck with that one either. Same error message when opening .pdf files. Of course I restarted my system with each attempted fix.


Moving on to other suggested remedial repair method I noted on your help topics, I searched my computer to find "app list" then "more" so I could "run as an administrator" and never did find it so I reached a certain belief in "hopeless" and decided perhaps your wisdom could coach me out of this mess. Please respond.
