Windows 10: error #0xc0000022

My PC response time to commands is very slow. Under "Kernel Event Tracing" 607 errors are logged. Under "Event 2" "CldFltLog" appears. Beneath that is error # 0xc0000022. Is this what is causing slow response times? How do I fix this?
