Windows 10: Error 0xc0000185 and keyboard not working

This error popped up and won’t let me load my windows and since the keyboard isn’t being recognised I have no way of trying the options. I have tried plugging it in different usb ports but it was pointless.

Hi,

I upgraded my windows from 8.1 to 10 today. During the installing period, I got an error message: 0xC0000185, it says a required device isn't connected.

But after continuing the installation, the installation was completed, it seems working OK after login. But when I do login, my keyboard is funny, press \ key, the out put is #, press ", the output is @, and so on.

My questions are 1) does 0xC0000185 causes the keyboard problem?

2) if 0xC0000185 error is not relivent to the keyboard error, How to fix the keyboard error?

3) Do I need fix the 0xC0000185 error? and how?
