Windows 10: Error 0xc000021a after disconnected three times the power.

Hi, I'm trying to fix the blue death screen with the Error 0xc000021a, but can't reach the Advanced Start up page. Even if I disconnected three times, and also used the F8 key, can't break this loop. Don't have access to the computer at all. The only thing I can do is Turn on the computer two times and the blue dead screen with two errors. One NTFS FILE SYSTEM, and after select the F8 key while turn on for a second time, Error 0xc000021a.
