Windows 10: Error 0xc000021a heelpp

Hello, today i got this windows error, i tried some thing searching in various forum but got nothing out of it, automatic repair doesn't work , all the option of troubleshooting i try tells me that there is an error. So i downloaded the iso of windows on a un usb, but even that doesnt boot, the windows logo appear for like 1 sec then black screen. At this point the only thing i can think off is that the motherboard is broken or something, heeelppp
