Windows 10: Error 0xc000021a

My pc just blue screens and showed the error after i restart it.


I use my phone for hotspot, which is apple, and it wont work so i restarted my pc and it shows the error, i cant boot to safe mode


I tried doing


Dism /Online-image /revertpendingactions

Dism /Online-image /restorehealth failed

Sfc /scannow Windows recourse protection cant continue the process


And then it wont work


Extras: Ive been having blue screens last 2 weeks and the stop codes was Unexpected_Store_Exception, Critical_Process_Died. I tried doing

Dism tools

Sfc /scannow Unable to fix some of corrupted files

I tried to update windows and the Unexpected_Store_exception, Critical_Process_Died was gone


aftee i updated windows i did

Sfc /scannow But still unable to fix some of corrupted files

And i located the cbs log And the corrupted files are windows text to speech voices, which is i ignored since the Bsod was gone, and now the new problem is here.



Ive been having blue screen of death erros since last year,


I tried doing memtest, Seatools but the harddrive and memory was just fine


Heres all bsod errors i experienced

Before the update

Unexpected_Store_Error Always

Critical_Process_Died Sometimes

Kernel_data_Inpage_Error Once


After the update

Memory_management

Ive been having bsods for a year, i hope someone help me

Edit I forgot to put it here: I did system restore but the error 0xc000021a is still showing up.
