Windows 10: Error = 0xC1900101-0x4000D

Please Help me out. :


I have tried installing 2004 update on my 1909 machine.

I tried installing it using Update Assistant, It failed.

Now I was offered this as optional Update.

Hence It got failed with BSOD at 86%

I failed to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 with an error: 0xC1900101-0x4000D. What steps can you recommend?

This error code 0xC1900101-0x4000D means the installation failed at the second_boot phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation. For us to resolve this issue, we need to do troubleshooting steps. Kindly check this
