Windows 10: error 1000 prevhost.exe and KERNELBASE.dll exception code 0xc06d007e process ID 0x1214

just taking a look in Event viewer and found 4 same errors with these files. The complete text is in portuguese, but I think it's easy to understand:

(question is - it's necessary to fix or just ignore it? It's a still recent installation, no virus, everything works fine, no extra software.)

My Windows 7 laptop is freezing and real sluggish at certain times and I am thinking this error could be one of the issues. I would appreciate any suggestions on fixing the issue!
