Windows 10: Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft VC80...

when i was trying to install solid edge 2D drafting V19 on my windows 10 . I recieved this messege:


Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft VC80 CRT,type="win32".version="8.0.50727.42".public Key Token="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b".processorArchitecture="x86".



What can I do to remedy this? Any help would be appreciated! :
