Windows 10: Error 1935 Windows 11

Estoy tratando de instalar ArcGIs 10.8.2 en Windows 11 pro y me sale el error 1935, ¿alguien sabe qué hacer? gracias

where you could find
Hide or Show Notification Area Icons on Taskbar in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

Assuming Defender is running and its icon is hidden:

then do this




then click the bottom link here:




and select on/off for Defender in the list.

I suggest you refer to XiaoanZhong's solution, which you will find on the following thread. He provided a set of troubleshooting steps for Windows 7 but the practice proved that it is also good for Windows 10
