Windows 10: Error : :: 26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683 No mapping between account names and...

Getting error in Windows 10 Home single language 64bits:

::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683} No mapping between account names and security id is done.
No os related feature is working.


Performed following steps as advised by microsoft windows advisor :


The following method should fix this:
1. Reboot into Safe Mode
2. Log on as Administrator.
3. Click Start.
4. Type the three letters cmd into the Search box.
5. Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter
6. Start the process as Administrator.
6. Very carefully type this command:
for %a in c:\Windows\System32\*.dll do regsvr32.exe /s "%a"
7. Press the Enter key.


rebooted with Minimal option by using "msconfig" in run.

Did above steps but there was this error:

A fail fast exception occurred. Exception handlers will not be invoked and the process will be terminated immediately.

What should i do know , bought the laptop yesterday only. Also what happens with the above 7 steps like how it helps.
Want the windows working normally. Also i dont have any storage yet except apps.
