a-work with 3 pc's, 2 main pc's for research1 HP Win.10Pro in S mode> and 1 Dell Win. 10 Home also 1pc forTranslation only! my 11yr old HP

b-for some reasons> Microsoft advised me to "Sync your settings to other devices using email address" which I did.This was a bad move!.

c-TODAY 04/07/'20 for reason I don't know or can't remember why I had message AADSTS50196. Etc..….ENCOUNTERED A CLIENT REQUEST LOOP... .

e-found out ALL my pc's are now INFECTED, AFFECTED with AADSTS50196 Etc... . REASON, Because the 3 pc'sARE IN SYNC! SEEb- …. .

f- NOW FOR UNKNOWN REASONS, ALL my PC's!,by resetting to factory settings >Problem is Persisting!?, ongoing!?, lasting!! ???…..ETC... . How can that be?

-so difficult to find out how you have to solve a problem! I did find out that some Microsoft Advisers givewrong https://..... ! when you click on it > Website do not exist. !? ………..!!!??? or is Or is there something wrong with me??? or am I missing something???

Not even>go to internet options>click on...>go to... etc.... Nothing! or go to control panel and> click on...>…. enter and restart. NO NOTHING. Error: No work available to process

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.
