Windows 10: Error after installing an app

Goodday everybody

I'm Dennis and I'm from the Netherlands. I work at an Bikestore.

I've installed an app there to connect a e-bike to the pc. unfortunately it gives an error.

This app can't find the dll file: ftd2xx.dll. I've searched the internet over, only that I can find are strange apps with lot of add-ons to it.

What can I do to get this to work.

Hello, that dll is not part of Windows.

Be very careful -searching for a dll can find all manner of strange sites.

When you say you installed an app, do you mean a universal app (from the Store) or a traditional desktop program that you install? It must be the latter.
What is the program you downloaded? Is it compatible with Win 10? Is it vag tacho?
