Windows 10: Error after reset

Hello,


My grandfather gave me his computer but unfortunately he doesn't remember his Windows 10 password. I performed a reset on all of the drives and after the reset, I received this message in the image below.

When I click on a "OK", then a new window eventually appears. See below.



When I click "OK", the computer restarts but the same window above appears again. Every time I click "OK", it'll restart and do this every time. When i force the pc to turn off and then turn it back on, I'm able to reach the screen below and also access the menu.





I've already done four hours of research and still can't figure it out. How do I go about fixing this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

 

RAID 0 Error

I did what you suggested and I got a boot media error telling me to insert a OS disk. I removed them from RAID, installed vista again and ran some diagnostics on the now individual drives and all programs (Speedfan, Seatools, Everest etc) listed the drives as healthy and up to spec in terms of performance.

Sorry for the late reply, ive been reinstalling all my software etc.
Just wanted to conclude the thread, thanks for all your suggestions guys.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
