  1. Error after Windows Start Up

    Hi,

I was wondering what error I am getting every time my Windows opens up and how to resolve it. I have a 64-bit based OS running Windows 10 Pro and it has already been updated.

Error says "Cannot find the script file: C:Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\ffsttwu\htmlqcxhg.js

    :)

  2. Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Black screen after 'Starting Windows' sequence

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Try this quoted from "VisiHow" article "Repair Windows 7 Black Screen of Death":

They, also, have some other options there, too.
Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.

    Error after Windows Start Up

    windows 10 not starting up

We appreciate your response. We'd recommend running the Windows operating system in safe mode. To activate the Windows Advanced Options Menu on boot up, we'd recommend performing the following:

    • Once you select Troubleshoot, click on Advanced options.
    • Click Startup Settings.
    • Click on Restart.
    • Once you see the Start up Settings menu, select Enable Safe Mode using the correct number key or function key based on the location of the option in the list.

Alternatively, you can perform the following:

    • On the log on screen, press and hold the power button of your device. Performing this will power down your device. If your device is already off prior to starting the first step, proceed to the second instruction.
    • Once your device is off, press the power button.
    • After 3-5 seconds, interrupt the boot up process by pressing and holding down the power button. Repeat this 2 to 3 times. Performing this will force your device to prompt you with the Windows Advanced Options Menu.
    • Select Safe Mode.

Once you're on safe mode, you can proceed in checking the accounts listed on your device and start the troubleshooting steps for blue screen errors.

Let us know how it goes after you've performed the steps.
