Windows 10: Error Asia 0x800713EC

    I keep getting this error when trying to install programs. In this instance, ExpressVPN.


    Fresh install of Windows 10, and I have run the .NET repair tool, but still no joy.

    Hello. Desperate for help here. I feel like I'm going in circles with no concrete way of resolving my issue(s).

    This all started when I tried to update my VPN last weekend. I got the following error when I tried to.

    0x800713ec - Asia

    I looked up how to resolve that and came to the conclusion that I needed to install the .NET Framework 4.5.2 or a later version. When I tried to download it, I got the following error:

    0x80240017

    I found that I have later versions installed on my PC (.NET Framework 4.7). So I'm wondering, what do I do now? Any ideas? I've even tried to uninstall my VPN and I can't--I get the "Asia" error when doing that too. I've tried uninstalling my antivirus and
    installing the .NET Framework but that didnt work.

    Please help......

    any of your have idea if Pakistan has been added to the Asia list of Nokia MAPS.

    i'd searched for it in the software a month back, but this time i want to install the software once i know PAKISTAN is in it or not
