Windows 10: Error code 0x0000022, and Software Protection keeps stopping

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my windows version from 1909 to the latest version, but when I use the Update Assistant, this error code appeared.


When I came to check the reason why, it's because the Software Protection services had stopped.


So then I turned it on at services.msc. and then restarted, and then the services just stops everytime i turned it back on.


I have a windows 10 pro version 1909. And I don't have any previous windows like, windows 7.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
