Windows 10: Error code : 0x80004001

Hi, I usually get this message. When I updated My windows 10, two files with no name are on my desktop ? When I delete them,it again comes. When I move it this comes. It it a sort of Virus ?

I am using Microsoft Mail desktop app version 17.9330.21365.0 and receiving error code 0x80004001. Kindly let me know how to resolve.

0x80004001 = E_NOTIMPL = Not implemented

This error code is commonly returned on operation failure, but does not represent the only possible error values.
