Windows 10: error code 0X80004005 - linking People App

I have tried to add account to people app and I keep getting the error code 0X80004005. All the information that I have added is correct as it has added the account to the Mail section but will not link this to People App.


This is a new computer and is Windows 10, has anyone had this and no the solution, I have googled this but don't have much success. I have checked that everything is updated on my computer and restarted... this is very frustrating now.
