Windows 10: Error code: 0x80004005 or 0x8007139f when trying to add an account to Mail and Calendar app

I'm having a problem with de Mail and Calendar app, whenever I try to add an account, I get one of the errors mentioned in the title.

If I try to add a Microsoft Account I get error 0x80004005, and if I try to add a Google account I get the error 0x8007139f.

I'm asking for help because everthing that I found to solve it on Google, did not work. Thank you for any help.

Here are the things that I tried so far:

1. Formatted the PC and installed Windows 10 2004
2. Ran Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
3. Ran sfc /scannow
4. Ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
5. Ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
6. Created a new local user and the result is worse, instead of getting one of the errors the Mail app simply crashes just after clicking on it.

Get error code 0x80004005 when trying to setup mail accounts in Windows 10 mail app

I ran the troubleshooter and that did not help. I then ran the wsreset, and that allow me to download the mail app. When I tried again, after numerous reboots/restarts, I still get an error code 0x80004005 for when I try to add my outlook account and an
error code 0x8007139f for when i try to add a yahoo account.

 

Error code: 0x8007139f when trying to add Google account to the People app

I was able to add my Hotmail account (Mail and Calendar) to the People app but unfortunately not my Google account. Reason: Error code 0x8007139f.

 

Error code 0x8007139f in Windows mail when trying to add office 365 account

I have windows domain environment, Windows 2016 Server and Windows 10 Clients

When trying to add office 365 account in Mail app it show this error

Something went wrong

were sorry, but we weren't able to do that

Error Code 0x8007139f

Please note that when I login with Local account I can add accounts with no errors, the issue only arise while login with domain user account
